Very proud of you, mr. Adam Liaw!
Tonight I’m watching the last episode of Masterchef Australia 2010, broadcasted on Dutch television. You’ve been my favorite from day 1 and I know you’re gonna win, just don’t know yet how. On yesterday’s episode Callum presented his snowball dessert and tonight it’s your turn, with 4 points ahead in score. I think you’re brilliant, inside and out. Quality, heart and soul with very good looks.
A lot of joy and love from me, here in The Netherlands, wishing to be able to taste one of your dishes one day!

so far i know my mom [hong kong nationality, i have dual citizenship] never made this dish probably because our family are hakka side so mostly during CNY we would make traditional cantonese-hakka dishes. Aniways it looks delicious, someday i will make this dish too, btw they are re-broadcasting masterchef australia 2010 here in holland, Your dishes are amazing other too! haha ooh well kepp up the good work =]
